My Grandma was once an Avon Lady. Just because it'd an avon ring and not valuable in that sense, certain avon jewelry is valuable because there was only a limited number made. I suggest you contact avon co. and ask them.

It's a real ring. Did you want to know if it is real silver as opposed to silver plate, then, the 925 would denote that it is stirling. I would have to research Avon jeweller's marks to find out what RJ 10 means, but off the cuff, I'd guess that is the mark for the style.
