Whats the difference and which are the best?

My company is having a black tie event for our Christmas party. The invitation says "black tie preferred". I do not own a black suit so I was debating between:

* Renting a tux from a shop
* Buying a cheap tux off of Ebay , or
* Buying a black suit, and be able to use it in the years to come

i just got my first bright yellow plastic-ish raincoat ever!
i'm in love with it already, and i haven't even worn it yet.
it's so different, rain proof, expensive, and i'm having trouble finding a GREAT way to wear it..
what are your suggestions to toltally own this new raincoat? :}

I was really hyper and i asked my friend to trim my bangs for me, so she did and when i looked in the mirror they were so short i cant even put them up in a clip.. Heres a before/ after pics.. HELP WHAT CAN I DO.. I FEEL LIKE THROWING UP, I AM SHAKING AND I NEED HELLP, HELP MEEE :(

if i was wearing a black dress that has a silver diamontie buckle in the middle if i was to wear white shoes that a re just flat slip ons but also have little diamontie flowers over the top half like covering the toe area?? Honest and serious answers if possible please lol

I found it kind of weird, it was blonde whitish and my arm hair is black and it was 2 1/2 inches!
I never saw it until now and I pulled itout.
Why did it grow that long and why is white?
I'm kinda freaked out right now lol

I bought these really cute pair of pink high heels. My mom told me that I should wear them around to get use to them, so i did. The next day, she told me to wear them again. My mom has been forcing me to wear my heels for 3 days, she says "you need to break them in" but my feet hurt so bad, she's even gone to the point where if i try to take them off, she puts little diary locks on the buckles to keep me from unbuckling them. Your opinion??

Between $150-200 is good a little higher a little lower is fine

Ok so my mom got me paranoid about my nose - I took a look at it and yeah there's a huge bump on it like my moms and its huge imo. What do you think? And I'm even called ugly by strangers but mostly my so-called friends it makes me feel horrible. But yeah... I just want to know if others think my nose is huge, too, and if surgery would help at all?
