In because of the neck length it is hard to wear it out but it depends on how long your neck is if it is long yes wear it out if it is short don't bother!
Trust me i work in a beauty salon!

You are talking about polos and collared shirts, yes? Always on the outside, no question. There is no man I know who does not wear the collars on the outside. It looks ridiculous to have a collar popping out of the sweater because it can't fit.
If you don't believe me, watch that show like "What not to wear" or whatever it's called. The guy who's on it always wears it on the outside, just like any other male who's involved in the fashion industry.

It all depends on how it looks. Sometimes collar out can be nice, other times collar in is best.

I say it depends on how you look, if you feel more comfrotable with it in, leave it in, if you feel like yourself with it out, leave it out.
