No, it is not weird.
Many men like to keep their hands and nails clean. Buffing can be an alternative to polish. Buffing is when a specially formulated creme is applied to the nails and then rubbed with a soft padded file, giving nails a finished, pristine look without the telltale shine of lacquers.
Polish would look weird, but a simple file and buff...no biggie!

yes and no... if you find yourself doing your nails in a beauty salon badmouthing men and saying MMMmmhhhhmmm a lot thats not weird but sunny your gay... (nothing bad about that or weird)
if you file your nails after you clip em' with that switch blade thing then then your cool (just don't spend to much time on it)
oh and don't worry what other people say or think weird isn't bad if you wanna file your nails file your f'ing nails

It's perfectly ok as long as he does it in a manly way e.g. with a 10 inch file or a bench grinder. If there's no blood and yells of pain he's not doing it in a manly enough way and then it's not good cause he's one step away from putting on lippy and wearing pink skirts

Look at your nails.
Ok. If you extended your hands out that means you grew up with atleast 1 sister.
And if you folded them in, kinda like a fist, then you dont have any sisters.
