my hair is about halfway down my back. its straight, and sort of a dirty blonde. since its summer time, the sun has made it slightly more blonde than it would be any other time of the year. i have an oval shaped face. i need a new hairstyle. i havent cut it in about two years simply because i can not decide what to do with it. ive gotten it trimmed though so its still in decent shape. currantly i have it parted on the side, so it sort of covers one eye (not bangs, not emo looking either), but im sick of it. i need something new. anything you can suggest? i have a very goth and roll sense of fashion, so please dont show me anything that will contrast too much with my style. i also dont want anything with bangs because i had them for so long prior to what ive got that i am sick of them. i should also mention it is VERY difficult to get my hair to curl. my hair curls about as easily as dry spagetti, and getting it to stay curled would take a whole can of hairspray...so, help??

i remember reading seventeen mag. and they had this article where it matched different styles of bangs (swoop, full, errr etc?) to different face shapes (oval, heart, round, square) but i cant remember which style goes with which shape! and i have a heart shape face and i was thinking about getting bangs before college starts.
perhaps anyone remembers that article as well or knows a site that deal with matching bangs/shape of your face...?

i dont want to use colligen fillers or anything so thats out of the question. i use lip plumper everyday and it still doesnt work. is there any cream or anything like that to REALLY help me out? thanks

i recently went to meet a recruiter to join the coast guard.. every thing was fine until i told her i had a tottoo on the back of my neck, so if i wear a t-shirt it's visiable and they can't accept me for that reason. i don't wnat to join the army, air force or any other armed services because i want to stay in the states- should i get the tattoo removed so i can persue my career in the coast guard or is this a sign to not join? please help.

I have kids who are really, really tall. They are in college, and the hoodies and t-shirts in their college stores are just too short for them. (I guess big college students who need more than an XX are usually in the same boat.) I wish the colleges would sell the embroidered logos that I could buy and sew onto big & tall sweatshirts....but they don't. I know the schools make a lot of money selling licensed clothing, but what about the kids in nonstandard sizes? And how do the big/tall football and basketball stars on campus get college-logo clothing?

Any ideas? I'd like to find XLT hoodies with their college logos for my kids for Christmas.

I know liz Claibourne, Madonna, and afew others took the tuxedo, top hat , cigar and made pants something ladies could wear fashionably. They but a twist on gender and femininity.
Short hairstlyes were cool, and casual could be sexy for some ppl.

I have a friend who had shorts on that were two sizes two big for her on and she had to hold them up with a belt. I thought it was a skirt from the side but when I saw they were shorts, I said, "Oh, for a minute there I thought that was a skirt." She got all mad and started saying her mom was basically poor and practically all her clothes come from Salvation Army and the big shorts were twenty-five cents. I am currently using Covergirl Clean Makeup with oil control. It works pretty well, but it doesn't really cover flaws. I'm afraid to try Dream Matte Mousse or a powder because my skin dries out easily and the mousse just seems like it would clog my pores something fierce! Oh, and I don't want to spend too much money, but whatever! Thanx for any advice in adavance!
