My face seriously looks like a tomato and im not sure whether to exfoliate or mosturize or anything....i really just want the redness to go away with out my face peeling off and i really dont know what to do.

Use Ocean Potion! You can get it at Wal-Mart. It is lidocane and aloe vera. Very soothing and within a couple of days the red goes away.
