My mom won't let me go to the tanning bed because she says im going to end up with skin cancer. some of my friends have gone and i just want to go a couple of times for graduation... i need to convince her that it's not that bad .... any help/ suggestions?

I would like to get a spray tan done but I've been told it can make you look really orange and turn out horribly wrong! I'm very pale and really want to start getting a spray tan every week. Does having a spray tan cause you to get spots though? As they spray it onto your face also. I would be extremely grateful if somebody could answer my question, especially somebody whos hade one done before. Thanks

last winter I had pretty bad acne. I went on a new regimen in January and recently it's cleared up a LOT. However, I came home from college last week and within the past few days my skin has gotten a little bumpy and I don't know why. I'm drinking a lot of water, washing it 2x a day and still using my medications. The only main differences are that I'm not as active (I walked an average of 2-3 miles a day during school, with classes and everything) and I've been eating a little bit more. I also haven't been outside much. I'm getting my period in a few days but I don't normally break out from that.
