Although I am not a b**ch, I will answer your question. Once a week generally to renew/change polish.

Well, depends on how long your nails are.
If your nails are extremely short don't get a manicure until they grow a bit because then the polish will look like it's wearing off.
If your nails are longer, then I suggest maybe once every week?
I mean beauty is the key!
As your nails get longer, they're going to grow MUCH more slowly.
I'd say the most you can get your nails done is twice a week, and the least is once every two weeks.

try not to get it done too often. it's okay to get it done once in a while like for a special occassion or whatever, but try not to do it too much. constantly getting manicure & putting nail polish isn't healthy for the nails. it can turn them yellow, so it's best for it not to become a habit & let your nails grow out naturally.

Weekly. I do it every week now. I also was biting mine before but decided its time to stop! even though they are still not very long ( which is great with me) i get weekly manicures, and get french manicures and just regular colors. its a nice way to treat myself either during the weekday on lunch or on saturdays mornings. i also get a pedi as well!

Um, I don't wear nail polish. It makes me nauseous.
I cut and file my nails once or twice a week, depending on how fast they grow.
I cut my toenails once every week and a half, and I file them down.
I don't see the point in paying to get my nails done. Because once you start, it's hard to stop.
I know that Sally Hansen has a nail polish to help you stop biting your nails.
And for nail biters, it's a good idea to let them grow and put a pretty colour on them so you DON'T bite.

Hello
well, you must change your polish every 3 to 4 days, keep your nails without polish for one day then paint them again, to let them breath.
But as you used to bit them i would advice you to invest first in a good nail oil to help them to grow properly and moisture them. If you want to go for natural treatments, go for warm olive oil.
Massage them every day and night with warm olive oil for a week, then start painting.. get fruity ;)
good luck

whenever a nail breaks or the nails start to chip or you get bored with the polish. try not to do it often or you willl ruin the nails you have. you might want to kkep the nails you have if they are healthy because fake ones always damage your real ones over time.

i think most people generally do the manicure thing every week, or at least every 10 days...u can prolong the life of your manicure by applying a topcoat every couple of days or so, just to stretch it out a bit...
