Neutrogena's anti-acne products are an excellent place to start. http://www.neutrogena.com/acne.asp?mainVal=acne&subVal=acne

Either the Oil Free Acne Wash or Scrub would be good for you because these products will keep your pores clear.

You may also want to consider using a clay mask once or twice a week to absorb excess oil & clear your pores.

One home remedy I like is Plain Milk of Magnesia. I apply a thin layer & let it dry for 15 minutes. Then rinse off w/ tepid water. This mask helped my oily skin.

Some people swear by using aspirin topically - it promotes cell turnover.

You can crush up 6 plain, uncoated aspirin tablets and mix it w/ a little water to make mask.

Mix 6 aspirin tablets with a little aloe to make a mask.

Neutrogena Clear Pore Mask/Cleanser is good too - it has clay and benzoyl peroxide. I prefer to use it as a mask because it's a bit thick to use as a cleanser.

If you use products w/ benzoyl peroxide be sure to wear sunscreen since your skin will be more prone to sunburn.

In addition to keeping your skin clean, I recommend a product with salicylic acid. This is the stuff that's in Proactive, but you can get it cheaply in other brands. I use a face scrub and toner with salicylic acid. I used both together like this -- I would use the scrub, rinse with cool water, then the toner and then a gentle moisturizer. The moisturizer keeps your face from getting too dry. Overly dry skin actually promotes over production of facial oils and this can make your pores more likely to clog. Clogged pores equal pimples, whiteheads and blackheads. After you do this for a few days to a week you should see significant response. At this point, cut back and use either the scrub (with a gentle toner or no toner) or the toner (with a gentle soap like glycerin soap) and moisturize. I usually alternate. If I see that I'm starting to get a break-out I use both. I currently have wonderful, smooth brown skin and no pimples.

Good luck.

I guess because it's hot, your pores open up more. This happens to me too! The worst feeling ever eh? wash your face with cold water. Don't use so much facial moisturizer.

hiii .. wash ur face with an exfoliating gel and not with any creamy soap or face washes.. and massage ur face with cucumber gel, keep it for 20 mins and rinse with cold water.. which u can get at any cosmetic shop .. avoid spicy food and also drink at least 4-5 litres of water a day.. all the best ..
