Beauty & Style - 21 February 2007

I am designing a 'cape' for people to wear in a computer game, and I am looking for some ideas on colors.

This is a one color cape, with a symbol in the middle of it.

I am trying to stay away from a blue/red cape as it looks too superheroish, and green looks to holiday like...the them is 'the brotherhood' or those belonging to a religious organization.

White cape with gold emblem seems too ordinary...any thoughts are welcome.

What color cape would you think would look elegant and yet stood out at the same time? I am looking for colors for the cape and the emblem which will be centered in the middle of it.

I had an industrial barbell done in my ear around late nov/early dec last year, its now almost march and its still pussing and wont heel completely.

I have never been a good healer, and always used to get sick of my peircings and take them out but i havent done so with this one. It bled until mid Jan but the bleeding has stopped now, little polyps have developed but nothing major.
Im not sure what to do, would anyone recommend I take it out or just give it some more time?

I want to dye my hair using wella products. my hair is dark & i want it to be light brown/blondish. In order to do that, i have to bleach my hair. What do you suggest i use? in what order? Of course, i would use Color Charm. but in some sites it says to use Regenal after you bleach your hair and after you use Color Charm. im a lil bit confused. help?

for a the past year my hair has been gradually getting more damaged, thinner and shorter. in august i started a new treatment and it helped with the damage and the thickness, but my hair isnt any longer. to make matters worse, my hair grows faster onone side than the other so its REALLY uneven. i need a trim, but i know the beautician if just gonna chop off all my hair to make it even. please help. right now my hair is to like the middle of my neck in the back and the short side of my hair is at like my eyebrows.

I have been hearing lots of good things about Olay Regenerist. That line has alot of products, so I was wondering what to use to cleanse and moisturize (daily). Have you tried the Regenerist line ? What do you recommend? Do you like/don't like it?. (I also have sensitive skin.)

Winter: I wear a hoodie, Levi's jeans, and black Converse shoes

Spring: T-Shirt/Polo shirt, Levi's jeans, and black Converse shoes

I love Levi's jeans and I love black Chuck Taylors(love those shoes). Great combo!

I like striped polo shirts. Hooded sweatshirts are comfortable in the winter with a motorcycle jacket.

i am pretty pale
i have really dark almost black hair
my hair now is@ the bottom of where my bra is
i want it to make my face look slimer
not to short

I have a sew in hair weave with sensationnel brand hair, and it is really nice. the texture is straight, dark color. i wanted to ask the lovely yahoo community the best way to care for this hair so that it wont be all matted and shedding. the quality is great, but i know aside from the bi-weekly wash by my beautician, there must be something I can do or put into it to keep it looking neat and good for at least a month and a half....

well i am going saturday to get my 5 th tattoo. this time i am looking for something to go along with my son name but can't find any pictures on the internet. i find it is easier for the tattoo artist if i bring a picture of something close to what i want. anywaay was wondering if there is a site that shows cute pic of tattoos like teddy bears or something like that i don't want anything sexy. just something to put under my son name.
or maybe any mom out there who have had a tattoo with their child name under it how did you come up with what you wanted any suggestion . i have no clue what would work
i was thinking of a teddy bear with a blue bow and maybe some abc blocks next to it but i just can't find a picture . anyway under the tattoo i was gonna have my son name and birthdate.

Why to hair dressers and people use diffusers on curly hair? How is using a diffuser better than using a blow dryer without the attachment? Will it prevent frizz?
