Ok well i've heard that after a couple years that it gets all stretched out and look nasty.. Is this ture? If u have had urs done for a couple years does urs still look good?

The tattoo design i'm looking for is two roses in a yin and yang sign, with just the flower part of the plant. I saw it in a Art for Life tattoos in parkersburg, wv, so i figure it has to be available in a flash book or something. I've searched on google and can't find the exact pic. She's almost 14, she has an slim, oval face, her eyes are exact 1 inch apart. She is very childish looking. Her hair is light brown, is at her sholders and fips out. She wants bangs, and in a different color. I'm alright with the bangs but I'd ratther her just get highlights. What color of highlights, and what kind of bangs. Any pictures would be helpful!
