I got this Military Ball coming up which is a lot like a Prom with some exception...anyways i need to find a dress. Does anyone have any ideas of websites or stores I can find one.

I really like all the latest tops out and about here in Scotland with the rolling stones/blondie/sex pistols/beatles/elvis etc on the front. EVERYONE i know seems to be wearing them.. except i dont really listen to the music. I do have a few songs of some of these artists/bands but wouldnt call myself a FAN. is it still okay for me to wear these tops. My dad says im a fake !!

So I don't really have the right budget to go shopping right now, but I'm totally tired of my wardrobe right now. Does anybody have any cheap simple ideas to remake an outfit and pair things together ? I want to cut my hair, to do something with it, it's brown with blonde highlights its long a little past middle of back have bangs that go to about cheek bone pulled to left side. my hair also has a little natural wave to it. I have green eyes blone hair and a lighter skin complexion.... I am just wondering what the best eyeliner is for green eyes to help bring them out.
