I have green eyes blone hair and a lighter skin complexion.... I am just wondering what the best eyeliner is for green eyes to help bring them out. I use almay eyeliner for green eyes and that seems to work really good but i am wondering if there is something better? If you think I am using the right thing please tell me.....

Brown eyeliner works the best. And also using a white eyeliner on the top of ur lower lashes help. Makes ur eyes brighter and pop out.

Use a brown eyeliner or a charcoal eyeliner! You can find these colors by Revlon.

Try charchole and apply a white silk color to the edges of your eyes for a pretty pop.
