coat it with bit of super glue.
you won't need much... it'll give it a nice coat and hold it on for several days without needing to reapply.

Switch to a waterproof product or better yet, a gel liner from brands like MAC, Stila or Bobbi Brown. They might be expensive but don't let the price tag put you off. Each little pot will last for at least six to eight months!!

Use a professional brush when applying a gel liner and it will last all day. No smudges, no flakes.

Put a concealer on your eyelids and under your eyes before you apply your eyeliner to avoid smudging

To prevent smudging, try a waterproof eyeliner(if you are talking about liquid). If you are taliking about pencil, try Revlon ColorStay liners. They are design to stay on you longer(well, that's it's name).

~Hope this Helps~

well if you need it one every day, all day, like me! you can have it tattooed. you have to find some one with a lot of experience that has plenty of pictures. i got mine done by my mommy. shes good! just don't go with some one that does those ugly tacky jobs.
