I want to dye my hair for the first time but I have heard it's not good for your hair. Is this true? (safety wise) *!Does it make a difference if I dye it from the box or professionally?*!

Okay, so I have a few questions on make-up;

Well, today I had Mascara on, and then my eye got itchy, so I scratched my eye and then mascara went in it. My eye got all red, so I went to the doctors, everything was fine. How can I scratch my when wearing mascara without getting it all red and gross? The doc said that i don't have an allergic reaction to the mascara too so.

I have brown eyes, not really fair skin, kinda tanned, what color eyeshadow should I wear? I currently wear light pink, blue and white and it looks pretty good. Any suggestions?

Eyeliner, how do you put it on? I don't want to like kill my eyes, so give me a method, or something you do to make it easier. I've had many attempts, but all have failed.
