I've had this question haunting me for years. What I found out what works best for me is white or gray hair. You may look like you're in a Japanese anime, but you will get lots of attention, and not the good kind of attention.

ok nicely when I had my hair medium golden brown anybody reported it made my brown eyes extremely stand out. and in case you wanted to get a colour then positioned some blue in it because blues and purples praise brown nicely.

A nice Honey Brown will make peoples eyes go pop and that you will have tons of guys ( and girls) over you

I think that Blonde highlights looks great. I hav brown eyes with blondes highlights and I love it. Whatever you do dont get them really streaky. That makes it look really fake. I hope this helps!

No matter your natural color... highlights or lowlights really bring out brown eyes. If you are dark haired, get highlights. If light haired, get lowlights. Your stylist should have more info...

um... i would have to say that light brown or a deep blonde would help make your eyesmore noticeable. Espescially if you put in some low tones lowlights - your eyeswill POP!

I think it's the eyes that make the hair stand out.
