I have about 4in long hair. It is kinda naturally straight. the bangs cover my forehead a little past my eyebrows. I am having trouble getting the look i want. I want the textural dry look. as of now i have flat, dull, and kind of frizzy hair. what should i do with it after a shower????

I have shaved my head once 8 years ago and my head looked so small, what is the NORMAL HEAD CURCUMFERENCE OF A MALE ADULT??? Please input the curcumference for exapmle a size of 25 inches all across(from top of ears around)

What kind of clothes should I wear? I have the money to buy them, I just don't know what to buy. At all. And I really am not into wearing anything super 'trendy' or whatever. Something unique but decent, you know? I don't wanna be some fruit who wears a shirt that says "Hollister" on it every day- lame in my opinion. Anyway, what kind of stuff should I wear?

Also, telling me where to go isn't enough! lol, I'll walk in and be like now what? I know it should be my own opinion, I will only do it if I like it, but I'd like some suggestions. a while ago maybelline , i think it was , came out with a sort of body painting thing it looked like liquid eyeliner ( the bottle and the brush i mean) but it was for making fake tatoos , does anyone know the name of this product ?

I wanted to get a haircut tomorrow. Does anyone have any ideas on hair cuts. I wanted to maybe get side bangs? (long side bangs) My hair is about 2 or 3 inches below my sholders and i dont want it to to short. Any ideas or pictures??

My hair is getting difficult to deal with. I'm growing it out right now. (cutting my hair is not an option) But my hair gets tangled so easy and doesn't feel soft like normal. Its been like this for almost a year. Its just now seriously bothering me. I would like to wear my hair down more often but with the tangles I get so easy I putting it up so that I won't have to deal with it. But I want to know all ways that you can help me with my hair.
