the best cure for dandruff is tea tree oil. You can find it in the pharmacy at your local store. It can be used by mixing it in your normal shampoo, or by pouring some on your hand and rubbing it down to the scalp. The stuff is tingly, but leave it in for awhile and rinse it out. Tea tree oil can also be used to clear up acne, to get rid of a headache and many more things too!

There is a great product out for people with scalp problems. It's called Nioxin. It helps your skin to be healthy and makes a good environment for your hair to grow. You can get it at a salon. It is concentrated so you use very little. A bottle lasts a very long time.
If you find it to be too pricy, go to Sally's Beauty Supply, they have a generic version call Nutri-Ox. Try that. It really works.
Good luck!

Shampoo is pretty much the only thing I can think of. Otherwise, you should consult your doctor if it's a serious problem... you have to prevent yourself from scratching (if that's what you do). Just use Head and Shoulders for a week to see if there's any improvement.
