Every box comes with instructions. They explain it better than anyone else can. It's tricky the first time you try, you probably won't get it until after a few tries. I suggest you start off with a tampon with a plastic applicator, it's easier to put in.

up your vagina. if you buy a box of tampons, there should be instructions... im going to suggest the tampax pearl or just tampax regular, so dont go with the ones that are too little. its weird for first itmers

It goes in the middle hole. It won't fit where you pee from, and if you put it in the other back hole, then you will feel it.
