a while ago maybelline , i think it was , came out with a sort of body painting thing it looked like liquid eyeliner ( the bottle and the brush i mean) but it was for making fake tatoos , does anyone know the name of this product ?

Hello! I think you are referring to Caboodles Tattoo You Pen. It comes with stencils and you can apply to the body. It does look similar to a liquid liner. These are no longer available as they have been discontinued from Caboodles line of products. You may still find some in stores or other venues. The tattoo pens come in an array of bright shades.
