Try Infusium 23 for dry damaged hair. It's top rated. See this source for why. http://www.beautyqa.com

Use conditioning instead of 2in 1 shapoos, use a plastic bristled comb when brushing your hair, cut your hair to max. of two inches below the shoulders--even though I recommend shoulder length (if you so choose). Eat foods high in amino acids and omega fats. When showering, don't use excessively hot water, don't blow dry your hair for a long time, and wear a hat when going out into the cold weather.

Don't wash your hair everyday just do it every other day. Try using Samy Shampoos and Conditioner i had the same problem and it worked really good. Also try to stay away from hair dryers or heat, it damages your hair too much.

hair tangles sometimes when its not moisturized enough, so try using a stronger conditioner for damaged hair or wash your hair less often. straighter hair also get tangles less so if u have curly hair you might want to think about straightening it until it normalizes.

wash you hair and while it is still wet put 1 egg mixed with 1/2 mayonnaise ...rub well into hair It's a bit messy but it really does work... anyway , . leave it on for 10 min then rewash your hair and rinse Do you use a conditioner after washing if no use Pantene products they really help with growing your hair and always trim your hair on a full moon.. sounds superstitious but it really helps

Assuming you are having trouble with long hair...
Go get a small bottle of expensive treatment shampoo and put it on the shelf in your bathroom for show...
then go get a big bottle of "Mane&Tail" at a Walmart in the pet section.

1) use conditioner but not to an excess
2) dont wash your hair every day (but still take showers daily)
3) use a special shampoo and conditioner. there's usually special kinds for specific problems

It could be that it is damaged from dying it too much. Try going to a salon and asking them for recomendations on shampoos and conditioners.
