Don't Bleach! It'll just dry out your hair. I would go to your hairstylist or other professional and have them dye it as close to your natural hair color as possible. This way you won't have to dye it all the time to hide the roots and you can grow out your regular hair without worrying about weird streaking. If a hairstylist is out of the question because of price, try using a dye from a box close to your natural hair color. If it doesn't go over the black parts, than bleach JUST those sections, don't bleach already bleached hair, and then try again with the dye.

I would recommend that you wait a little before you dye it again, you dont want to risk ruining your hair. But you can go to a salon & ask them what the best approach would be
