my face is somewhat oily when i apply on foundation,
and even with foundation on .. it gets oily. like my nose gets shiny.
does anyone know anything that can help me get rid of the shininess because i still want to be able to apply on foundation..

I am getting a very decorative script that says "no day but today" and i'm having trouble deciding where on my body to put it. I already have tattoos on my chest and forearms, and I was thinking about my lower back, since the phrase is long and decently sized and I need someplace that it'll fit. Any other suggestions?

Right now I have brown hair but its bleached blonde on the bottom and I was thinking of maybe doing my whole hair blonde. I have pretty healthy hair, so thats not an issue. I have blue/green eyes, but more of a pink skin tone... so would that look kinda awkward? And also, I have dark eyebrows, so is there any way I could lighten them without dying them?

Could u maybe recommend a certain shade (like ashy, or dirty blonde etc...) that might work better with sometimes pink skin?

My butt-cheeks are real hairy and my pole n' tackle are even worse. I've tried using a razor, but it's difficult not to cut my balls. I know this is pretty graphic, but it's a pretty graphic area, and I'm "trying" to tame it a bit. Please help.

ok so i want to try a hot oil treatment for my dry hair and im considdering vo5 it says to use on wet hair but does anyone know if it would be more affective on dry hair? well i guess there the experts just curious if anyone had good results with this.

i don't want the old woman kind that are way up the hip. i prefer a low or super low waist. i also don't like skinny leg jeans. they would be prefect if they have no flare but don't suffocate my legs. i have hollister boot cut jeans but i still find they have more flare than i would like. and the skinny hollister jeans are too tight. where can i get the perfect pair of straightleg jeans?

Well of course, girls are supposed to wear dresses..but WHAT KIND and WHAT COLOR should i buy??? and something not too expensive. (of course it has to be less than $60,,,its cuz i dont want to spend too much on just a dance)

I can't decide where on my body to get these tattoo's done. I'm getting a good sized flower (but its not a stupid one, its really pretty... i hear someone say they are getting a flower tattoo and i think 'why something so stupid?' but i've found one i really like). I have olive colored skin from my, but certain parts of it are uneven so i usually wear a foundation and bronzer on my cheeks. About half way through the day the bronzer begins looking more like blots on my face. I have tried diffrent bronzer so i dont think thats the issue. any suggestions as to how to keep it on longer? or prevent from "streakage"

2 years ago, one of my friend (girl) is pretty tight and skinny. before the summer, i told her she looks great and "keep in shape."

i dont know for SOME REASON. she took those words to another level. despite of her already skinny body, she started dieting. when the school started again, she was HORRENDOUSLY thin. i think, according to her ad, she claims she is 98 lbs and 5'4. but no, she is skinnier than THAT!

MY QUESTION IS: is it just her, or many girls do take words from guys very seriously to an extreme level?

On my 15th birthday, my mom is taking me to get a tattoo. Im thinking of getting a skull or heart on my wrist. I don't want it to be too visible or really standoutish , does anyone have any suggestions on what kind of tattoo I should get?
