Right now I have brown hair but its bleached blonde on the bottom and I was thinking of maybe doing my whole hair blonde. I have pretty healthy hair, so thats not an issue. I have blue/green eyes, but more of a pink skin tone... so would that look kinda awkward? And also, I have dark eyebrows, so is there any way I could lighten them without dying them?
Could u maybe recommend a certain shade (like ashy, or dirty blonde etc...) that might work better with sometimes pink skin?

yes you should it is a very empowering event when you go blonde you see the world in a whole new light and its true blondes do have more fun. as far a color you should match your own skin tone or if your going for maximum effect then you should go platinum blonde. I've been a platinum blonde now for a couple of years and i will never go back to blah brown

if you have a pinky complexion, blonde may not be the way to go, what about a darker brown? (unless your hair is already dark) but if you do go blonde there are many things you can get at a drugstore that will lighten your eyebrows, however i am a natural blonde and have VERY dark eyebrows, and that look works great for me!

Does the blonde on the bottom look good against your skin tone? It's kinda difficult to judge if we don't have a picture. Just compare the blonde you already have to your skin tone, that should help you to decide.

if you are a female, you should die almost half of your hair blond.so when you look in your hair, it will look like your natural color.i think that's really cute.but if your a male,i guess you should die your hair a little bit lighter brown.
