If you don't mind wearing a bun to sleep do that,
whenever I have to go to school early, and want 2 scrunchee my hair thatz wut I do

You hold your hair on top your head and make a very high pony and tie it with your scrunchie, and when your done don't matter how you sleep it won't be behind your head to bother you it will on top your head.

put it in a bun after you scrunch it....

u can just sleep on sideways or on your stomach, i guess!!
