does the "brava" breast enlargement system really work????

mann, im like a 16 year old high schooler, so i have this problem, which started this year.
last year, my hair wuz like 'full'
but then, this year, maybe due to exessive usage of hairgels and hairdryers, my hair literaly comes out pimply. and maybe it falls out coz, im like having dandruff allover and ive used the best shampoo and it still doesnt work, Nizoral.

does hot/cold shower give effect to the hair?

my friend would like me to pierce their nipple, i have mine done and it didn't seem to hurt at all, i also never had it frozen either.
i would like to know what are the best measure/procedures to take before performing the piercing?
