with less breakage. i brush it, eat, get proper nutrients, dont perm/dye/heat it etc. i use good shampoo i do EVERYTHING rite. y do i get so much breakage? dont gimme weighing-down hair or expensive shampoos or hairsprays thanq.

I am making inquiries on behalf of my spiritual order. Does anyone here make such attire? For Initiates we need a simple loose type of pants and a tunic which would have to be suitable for either a man or a woman to wear and be made in different sizes. I have three tattoos and I really don't like any of them. I was excited when they would show me what they would look like (they are on my back) But after I looked at the finished tat I was not happy. I was wondering if any of you felt this way too.

I'm 34 and my hair is breaking off and falling out, I can barely run my fingers through my hair and tons will come out, and it's way worse after I wash it. I don't use any chemicals on my hair, no colors, hair spray, mousse, nothing. I can't even remember the last time that I used a hair dryer, I always let it air dry. So needless to say I've up to this point had very healthy hair. This is way way beyond the "normal" hairs that people lose. I'm wondering if maybe there is some kind of medical condition or something that may be causing this. If anyone has ever experienced this, or have any kind of information I'd really appreciate it..........and this has been going on for months now. I'm suddenly thankful for the thick hair I've always disliked!

My best friend and I are thinking of possibly getting similar Chinese-symbol tattoos. It would probably be inner-lower hip, if that makes sense, and fairly small (but not tiny, maybe an inch and a half or two) . We had a few things in mind as to what they should say...but nothing for sure. Any thoughts? What do you think?
