I've been watching fashion shows and none of the models smiled but one on Chanel but that's it.

The fashion show is about the clothing and not the models. A smiling model puts attention on himself or herself and not on the clothing which means fewer clothing sales according to the designers.

I notice that people who have money never smile. Are they truly that unhappy? Is it because wealthy people are lonely?

If I were the designers, I would do an experiment and have the models smile through one fashion show. I would not be surprised if the designers' sales double because people will feel happy wearing the clothing just like the models.

Most models are told not to smile on the catwalk. For some reason the fashion industry thinks they'll be taken more seriously that way.

I especially doubt it. commercial is extra Daisy Lowe kind look, something diverse and new and clean and is convey something interesting to the blend, the position as your extra...Poppy Delvigine, which isn't a nasty ingredient in any respect, yet is larger perfect for something like performing than modelling. yet stranger issues have befell i wager, so if thats what you extremely favor to do then you may do it, besides the undeniable fact that it potential that is necessary to have the right body structure and an large personality. yet then Kate Moss is 5ft6 so issues do take position, yet you should have something extremely particular.

I read an article about why Paulina Porizkova -- who was probably the most beautiful woman in the world when she was in her modeling prime -- never seemed to smile with her mouth open.

Turned out it was because two of her teeth had a noticeable gap between them. She eventually ended up getting it fixed.

It depends on the designer. I mean, you can't dress up models in dark and gothic clothing and make them smile, right? Yeah, it really depends on the clothes, and the designer and how the designer wants the runway vibe to feel like.

It depends on the model, to they have a signature smile/ Face/ walk? It's just fashion....or as my brother would probably say, "it's 'cause they don't get fed at the display section of the zoo."

I agree that the focus is to be on the outfit and not the model.
