How can I make my hair healthier?

My hair has been getting greasy really fast lately, and it's dull and limp. I think it's because I haven't been eating very well lately----just junk food.
What are some good foods I can eat to make my hair healthier? Vegetables, fruit, etc?

Is it good to use all these products?

I have fine, oily hair and dry skin (weird combination). I've read lots of great advice on how to make my hair look fuller and make it less oily and make my skin less dry, but... I was wondering: does it actually help to use all these products? Like moisturizer, toner, cleanser, mousse, shampoo, conditioner, hair spray, volumizing spray, and lots of other stuff, etc... I feel like I'd do more harm than good if I used everything people gave as advice. Doesn't my skin and hair need a little rest, fresh air...? Or am I free to use everything because they will only make things better?

Who thinks only women should be allowed to bare their legs?

Even though I'm a heterosexual women I find men's legs disgusting. Women have the best and most attractive legs, shapely and hairless and I think only women should be allowed to bare them. I think it's disgusting when men bare their legs- especially that shorts with sandals look...YUCK!

I want to dye my dark brown hair lighter brown, but in the past, I saw no difference. What is the problem?

I used to just bleach my hair then apply the color that I wanted, but I want to dye my hair lighter without having to use a bleach lightener, I have Feria 58 but Im scared that its going to be a waste of time because the color wont show up...Why does this happen? and what can I do to get the color to show? Anyone recommend a brand to try or just different methods to my madness? thanks all.

Taking care of a toe tattoo?

I was thinking of getting a tattoo of a toe ring and I was wondering how you would take care of it.

I know after my last 2 tats, I wasn't allowed to having anything covering it (especially tight clothing). Well, I must wear socks at work and it is too cold (and wet) to wear flip flops to class.

How do I get around this?

Also, anyone have a tattoo like this? How did you stand it? I'm ticklish on my foot. I imagine it will hurt since it is so close to bone.

if you iron a shirt/blouse fresh out of wash, and seal it in plastic, think this would keep out smoking odors+

Should i get my hair cut?

I have had trouble with my hair since i was 5. My hair always has tangles in it. Before i go to be i put my hair into a ponytail so when i wake up the next morninging it won't have tangles. But it doesn't work. If if i get my haircut it will probably only be to my chin or a little higher.
