it gets into her eye and possibly damage her eye as well.

If your friend has sensitive skin, she might get a sty, or bacteria that collects inside her eyelid.
I hope she washes it off at night. Vaseline, baby wipes, or oil-free makeup remover is best for your skin.
And the amount of eyeliner you put on doesn't matter, but if eyeliner gets inside her eye, the excess liner will just collect inside her sclera, which can easily be removed with a q-tip or a tissue.

The only thing that might happen is that if she is lining the inside of her eyes (the inner rim) she could get an eye infection.

well try to talk to her and tell her she is going over board have a girl talk nothing wrong with that telll her she is using to much and she is spoiling her beauty by using so much dont worry she will understand i have a friend that use to do that but me and her had a girl to girl talk about beauty and she understand now when we go parting she doesnt wear to much like she use to nothing will happen to your eye any way.

It will probably make dark spots appear around your eye and make it look like you have a black eye!

You can possibly get a sti, which are infections and are not fun to have. Show your friend a picture of herself and say she looks goth like, my friend finally realized it recently and we laugh about it now.

Nothing will happen to your eye...
its makeup, its not meant to damage your eye if your supposed to put it on your eyes!
just tell her that shes wearing too much...
