As far as I know, nail polish remover is the best thing to use - I don't know of anything else that works. Nail polish remover is not usually very expensive, so I recommend that you get some!

other nail polish, put it on over top and while it is still wet, wipe it off. Long process, but if your that desperate.

IF you have a very fine grit file, you can try that- BUT please be careful not to damage your nailbed! It's not worth it to file the polish off if you can wait till tomorrow to find some polish remover.
