My hair has been getting greasy really fast lately, and it's dull and limp. I think it's because I haven't been eating very well lately----just junk food.
What are some good foods I can eat to make my hair healthier? Vegetables, fruit, etc?

Water: One-fourth of the weight, of a strand of hair, is made up of water. Water makes your hair supple and soft therefore you should have enough water. Do not wait till you are thirsty keep drinking water. If you thirsty it means that you have lost water and your body is asking you to replenish the loss. Water keeps your hair silky and shiny as well.
Protein: A diet for healthy hair should be rich in protein as hair consists of primarily protein. Proteins will give your hair more strength and will prevent it from breaking and splitting. Eat protein rich foods like fish, meat, milk, cheese and cereals.
Minerals: A variety of minerals are important for healthy hair. Iron carries oxygen to the hair. Insufficient iron will starve the hair follicles of oxygen. Include red meat and dark green vegetable in your diet. Zinc prevents hair loss. Meat and seafood have a high content of zinc. To improve the natural color of your hair, incorporate copper in your diet. Fresh vegetables, nuts, seeds, meat and liver are high in copper.

I do not suppose soiled hair is more healthy hair, however I do understand that lice can simplest reside in blank hair!! Haha!! It's precise although, you by no means see a soiled character (now not that you are soiled) with lice!! Anyway, I suppose if you are hair is frail and washing it day-to-day is not well for it, then I would not do it, and simply situation. If you'll manage greater than two instances every week I might. Healthy hair comes from what product you utilize to your hair and the way you put on it. (pony tails always, or down)

Honey is an all around good solution for your hair. You can eat honey to help make your healthier and you can also purchase hair products that have honey in them. I have read about the benefits of money from several different sources.

use better shampoo! or conditioner.
my hair used to do that, but after few rounds of using different shampoo, i've found a shampoo that i love, and my hair doesn't get greasy quick at all. And i also like to use hair serum, and it makes my hair feeling very soft and natural.
Take lots of vitamin filled food if you want naturally healthy hair, even though it will take time.
and never dye or highlight your hair, or perm it or straighten, because they will obviously damage your hair.

FRUIT, especially berries. Healthy fats, like nuts, avocados, and olive oil. You also could try a clarifying shampoo on your hair to try to reduce the oiliness. Take a vitamin C and E supplement.

A lot of times it is because you are not getting enough exercise. Also try to wash your hair every other day. Good luck!

There's a product called "Hair" sold at stores like Walmart. I would check it out and see if it covers all the vitamins you need.

Oil treatments work well in mine. Also go to a salon, and get a glaze treatment and keep up on the trimmings.
