I have had trouble with my hair since i was 5. My hair always has tangles in it. Before i go to be i put my hair into a ponytail so when i wake up the next morninging it won't have tangles. But it doesn't work. If if i get my haircut it will probably only be to my chin or a little higher.

my hair tangles to some companies make these products like no-more-tangles i used them when i was little they worked pretty good but i don't use them any more because now i get a trim every couple months and it looks so much better and i only have a couple tangles in the morning.
Brushing before you go to bed and in the morning works too

you should try seeing a beautician and get advice on what products to use to maintain your hair type. If you cut it to your chin the tangles won't go away so why cut it? have you tried detangler shampoo? or blow drying your hair in little sections, you can also try a flat iron or a bumper (very big curling iron). part your hair in little sections and straighten it with the bumper then wrap your hair and tie it up with a scarf. short hair is harder to maintain because you have to go to the salon every week or two and you might not be able to afford it.

I have the same problem
Try brushing your hair and then putting your hair into one big single braid before you go to sleep. It keeps out the tangles and it looks pretty in the morning =]

you can try relaxing it and if it doesn't work well cut it and curl it or get a hair dresser to braid it for you
