Im trying to grow my hair its already pretty long, past my boobs now but the ends are getting dry?

and starting to split. Anybody know of any hair secrets that can help strengthen and nourish my ends? I use different kinds of products but maybe someone knows of a home remedy that works well? Either that or a product that you know works really well also.

????Question about eyebrow color ???

I have very light skin, brown/black hair, very dark brown eyes, and black eyebrows. I just got a semi permanent hair color in light reddish brown. I was wondering if in order for it to look good, i have to color my eyebrows to that same color. Can anyone help??
