Well, boobs are basically just fat, so If you are a slim person it might take a while.

When your biological clock says it's time. Just be patient. My daughter went through the same thing. Now she's 23 and is a very beautiful woman, and she is lacking nothing.

same here i just think , someday ill have a grow spurr or whatever you call that saying, meaning (youll grow really fast in the later yrs.)
