ok im 13 im 5'2 i weigh 128 my hips are big my shoulder are wide and i need to work a little in my tummy area but i also whant to loose alittle about my hips what is the best work out so i cold notice this in les than a mont i want to loos 20 lbs in less than a month wht is a good work out

I have thick dark brown hair and I'm looking to dye it a Metallic Silver or White color. I've read about using peroxide to bleach it out, but I've also readI could damage my hair in doing so if I'm not careful. I have no experience in dyeing hair, so I'm worried I might mess up. Is it necessary to bleach it first or can I pull off the dye directly?

like some kind of makeup or something to just hide them? because i've been using cocoa butter lotion on them like twice a day for like 3 weeks and im not rlly seeing results and its frustrating cuz i have them on my upper arms and all my school shirts (we can only wear polos) are short sleeved and so i have to wear a jacket every day to hide the stretch marks and it ruins my outfit and my self esteem! please help!
