Depends on your night and shinning Armour ? You see you and him can arrive with a white horse and white buggy you would look bitching and I'll bet the rest of the girls would hate you ( SO WHAT ! ) you only have one prom . his father could maybe rent him a 500 horse powered ( RED CORVETTE ) could you see yourself getting out of this bitching car , these would be the only funky way I believe you would look the best and make a life long lasting impression.

Or rollerskate! That could be fun!!
Maybe you could find someone who'd be willing to take you there in a rickshaw...it would be especially cool if your prom had an Asian theme!!

I've seen motorcycles, a dump truck, a concrete truck, limo (boring), monster truck, tractors, buses and horse drawn carriages.
My bf left his truck at home and borrow his mom's car.
