Try a protein diet with lots of 100% juice, vegetables and fruit. Do squats, leg lifts and crunches. Do variable crunches, reg, reverse, and sides.
I have done the Juice and veggies, and fruit and have lost 10 lbs in 3 days. If you exercise it will help you be toned, not flabby.

Twenty pounds in a month would have to involve you not eating and excercising every waking moment, which you absolutely should NOT do. Do cardio, starting off mild and working your way up as you get stronger and build endurance. Bicycling, running, swimming, etc. Also try some weights for arms, crunches, lunges, leg lifts. You can't lose weight in specified areas; you have to just lose all over (you'll probably notice a difference in your face/neck first). Don't overdo it, though. Drink lots of water (while excercising or not) and stay away from fatty foods.
You should probably speak to a trainer or gym teacher before you start anything. They can help you work out a plan.

In less of a month you have too eat six times a day eating helps you and doing exercise do exrcise 10 push ups 100 adominals and jumping jacks and all that exercises and remember eat 6 times a day dont eat much at nigth only eat a nutrition bar or a snack.

Yeah, that's unhealthy.....
The people on this site don't know anything, so if I were you, don't listen to them. Go to the gym and hire a personal trainer and go see a nutritionist. They'll tell you what's right for you.
It's unhealthy to lose more than 2-3 pounds per week.
Of course you could just do what all the other 13 year olds think they have to do and go anorexic....
for example:
OMG i am like so like flabby and i like need to lose like 50 like pounds by like next week. i weigh 98 now like what should i do!!!! HELP!!!

oh ok well try going to the gym for at least an hourif you cant just do it at home work on your abs to flatin you stomach make sure that when you work on your abs do crunches and leg lifts no sit-ups they hurt your back really bad.try runnin for at least 30 min its gonna be really hard at first but it'll get easier im only 14 so these workouts should work on you just do it about 3times a week .it helped me a lot i did it for basketball..

I am 5.1 tall 12 and weight a lil more than u do , but I ride my bike alot and do push ups every night. I lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks !

Go to your computer and look up lunges for women this will help in getting rid of the hip and tummy fat and don't let your mother tell you it's just baby fat ( IT'S FAT ) and you've got get rid of it now.!!
