i'm also 10 and in the fith grade. my friend had a problem very simular to this. exept it hapened last year in 4th grade but anyway here is wut my friend did. first she asked his friends about wut type of grls he liked. 1ce she got th info it was time to hit the mall. she got a total make over trying to be the type of grl he wanted. when she went to school monday he actualy asked her out!! try this and hopefuly it will work out! p.s u kno u could also be ur self and if he doesn't lik the reeal u then he's not the guy for u.

O.k. this might sound awkward but I to am 10 and in the 5th grade but I don't love anyone except for my family & friends. No offence but I don't think you are in love but just in a deep deep crush, like I am. There to is a boy at my school that when I come home he's all I think about. I once had a friend last year who I lost this year because she started dating this one boy, made new friends, and totally left me out of the picture. Hopefully, you are not doing this because when my friend did this I even asked a qustion on whether she is my friend.
Oh yeah, the girl I was friends with, now ignores me and her boyfriend calls me names because she only wants & cares about being with her boyfriend now. Don't be like her.

When you are that age you feel like it is deep love, but trust me you will come across plenty of guys in your lifetime. Don't move to fast with guys because most of the time they will take advantage. You can find some however that do not. That is hard. You know they love you if they don't try to change you. If he is the same age he might like you. If you go to catholic school look to god for answers. I know that seems weird but it does help. You could be in love. Because girls fall in love earlier & quicker than boys do. Don't scare him off either by saying these things. Be cautious & stay cool. You will know if you love him in time just take the time.
Good luck & don't pay attention to the people who are mean on here. They just have low self confidence & feel the need to put people down to make themselves feel better.

OK you are defitnitly not in love you just like him a lot a lot a lot i am a teen and last year i thought i loved someone and then when i finnally went out with him i broke up with him the next day because it was akward but usally it is more fun to try and get his attention by being yourself
