I heard that toothpaste works wonders! I tried it one time to see if it worked, and it does. Try leaving some on your face/spot overnight.

I suffer acne, or rather I suffered acne, it is now in the last legs of leaving.
Acne depends on a few things, sugar intake, diet, testosterone, hormones and hygine.
If you don't already take regular showers, baths tend to wash the dirt back onto your body unless you soak yourself in the shower after.
Try and stay away from greesy foods like kebab, Mc DOnalds and other fast food. Drink also makes a big difference, get some bottle of water and keep them in your fridge, try and drink at least 3-4 per day and you will notice an almost immediate improvment.
Don't pop them!! When you pop a spot if spreads mucus over your face, which usually leads to a larger spot, trust me I know!
If they have a green/white head then gently scratch the surface off and apply aftershave but try to avoid touching them at all costs.
Avon! I never thought I'd buy avon since it's womens makeup usually but if you look in their skincare products there are alot of acne removal stuff and it worked for me.
Stay calm, don't panic, most people get acne or spots at one time or another and remember that not everyone has the same type of spots, mine are different to my sisters, some things will work, some things will not.
A small list of what I find helps;
Lemon juice rubbed onto the affected area
Vodka rubbed into affected area
Avon skin care products
aftershave
There is no best way to do it, you can't just apply something and it will vanish never to return, it could take a few days it would take a few weeks. Some people have spots for years before they clear up, if you're a teenager then most spots/acne tend to stop after the age of 18

Get a tube of Free-Derm gel. Its the best thing in the world for any kind of spot. Bar none. Ever. I get those really nasty big whitehead ones that have raised red edges like volcanoes and throb on your face sometimes. It even gets rid of them, or if you catch it soon enough, it stops them from forming. Amazing stuff. I only use the gel when I need to as otherwise my skin is pretty clear, but if you have spots generally, they also do a face wash and I'm told its really excellent.

If it is a pimple, benzyol peroxide 10%. It is over the counter. Don't pop it (that is so hard not to do!), you are just asking for an infection and scarring. The pimple will go away, but a scar won't. I have a few from past experiences!!

Do you mean a zit or a sharpie mark?? Well for zits go to Walgreens (or any other general store/pharmacy) and ask/look around. Sharpie marks....well on the pens it says it's "permanent" but it ain't. Just wait, and wash your face often.
And according to my friend...
I heard that toothpaste - wow, toothpaste - works! Surprisingly it does. Try leaving some on your zit or whatever after you wash and a little redness goes bye-bye!

Just let it be! Don't worry about it - I am positive you are more beautiful that you will ever imagine!
The only people who care about your skin are those who are anxious themselves about their appearance. If I saw you walking down the road - that isn't what I would see as important.
How freeing! No cream required.
Oh by the way, I suffered with spots myself and as soon as I came to this conclusion, they 'magically' disappeared anyway.
What you resist persists and what you look at and love - disappears!

Cleanly burst it and dowse with aftershave - high alcohol content dries up the spot. Then don't touch it.

the paper bag method works quite well. might make you more attractive as well.
if you are unfortunate enough to be alergic to paper then you can try dipping your head in sulphuric acid.
