I think it is great to feel good about yourself but you have to be realistic as well. Only one rule here, if you have a belly (ie.gut) then do not wear the tight or revealing shirt. This has been a public service announcement, most will thank me.

i cant tan outside cuz it messes with my skin and my parents wont allow me to use tanning beds or those fake tanners! i also cant use those gradual lotions!! is there any thin gyou can make at home to make yourself tanner?

I have a bad black head and white head problem. They're on my nose and chin. I use Biore nose strips and I've already tried face scrubs. I wash my face really good everyday and at night. What is the best way to get rid of all of them and what kind of face srub has worked for you?

Im 28 now and a couple of years ago i noticed more hair in the bottom of the shower in a stressfull time in my life.it seems now that im not loosing as much but i can tell it is thinner on top and when i style my hair you can see my scalp more.Is there anything i can do to grow more hair?My father is not bald and neither is my mother could this be stress related and will i grow thicker hair later?

I think it's disgusting how men don't keep a check on their furry man parts. Too much hair is unhygienic, and should be kept to a bare minimum.

There's probably a fair few women who are the same, not speaking for myself.
