depends, if your going darker just take a q-tip and rub a small amount on the eyebrows, not enough to make it drip, then before you wash your hair out, wipe off the eyebrows with a paper towel, so it dosen't run into your eyes. if your going lighter, the eyeborws are courser and it won't lighten them as light as your regular hair, but it will lighten them a little, just remeber not to use to much color, or it will drip in your eyes.

Take some dye, then put it on a toothbrush, then brush your eyebrows with it... sounds stupid, but it works.
Just don't drip it in your eyes

You do NOT want to put haircolor on your eyebrows!! The hair on your eyebrows is different. If you have a local beauty supply,go buy EYELASH AND EYEBROW TINT. If you're not that brave,pay a proffessional,lol

dont use regular hair dye... its dangerous to put it that close to your eyes
they make special eyelash and brow dye-available at beauty supplies.
I would have it done professionally first-it will look REALLY bad if you mess up!

go to a salon, on the packages of dyes, it does not recomend that you do that because you could really hurt your eyes.

Do it at the salon! It's not that expensive - same as the dye to do it yourself will cost you and you might mess up

NEVER DYE YOUR EYEBROWS. If you do, do it professionally, because if the dye accidentally slips into your eye, you'll go blind

well, for the last FORTY YEARS.. I dye my brows everytime I dye my hair... with the same stuff.... just be VERY VERY CAREFUL not to drip in your eyes

I have heard that is not good to do....you may want to go to a salon for the first time....
