Are they like the real thing or like silly putty? Are fake ones appealing to guys. Are they natural, how do you find out?

Fake breasts are a turn off: if a women has self-esteem so low that she requires silicon to feel good about herself then I'm not interested.
natural and modest is far better than big and fake

It works both ways for guys liking them. You will find out from some guys they like the real thing or other like them fake. I have fake breasts myself and I havent gotten any complaints. I' a 32 C and they feel real its just there a lot FIRMER thats probably the biggest difference. But they don't feel fake but if u want them make sure u go to a good doctor cause if u dont there gonna feel fake. u can touch mine lol jk. if u have a girlfriend and she has them juss say ur interested in getting some and if u dont midn if u feel them.

I can only put it to you like this:
Imagine two socks, put a softball in each one. They are not natural, very obvious, and hard as rocks.. I guess if your in the entertainment industry its important and I suppose some people feel more "Complete" with the extra fake stuff .

My cousin got them, and they felt like squeezing a rubber ball. After that I decided I didnt want any. Plus some of them will ripple when you bend over and I think thats ugly.Mothings better than the real thing.

My friend got a really good boob job and they feel natural. They look natural too if you don't remember what she used to look like.
