I salute you!!! BIG "THANK YOU" I work at WalMart and it's unreal what some people wear. Some ladies were just talking about that today. How when they are checking some out they are afraid when the ladies lean forward that their breast will fall out. lol
There's a lady who works there who is in her late 30's long bleached blonde hair (not a good color job) very heavy with a big stomach. She has a tatoo (large one) around her belly button. Wondering how I know?? lol She wears belly shirts and every time guys are around she'll start playing with her ponytail and that makes the shirt ride up. And, makes me wanna throw up!! Sorry if to much detail there. :)

I agree, but I would go further. Folks, think about how YOU look in a particular fashion, not how the model in the picture looks. Revealing clothes are designed to make a good figure look better AND to make a less good figure look even worse. It is not simply a conspiracy of the fashion industry, it is what sells. A girl with a good figure (and guys have corresponding situations, I'm sure) will intuitively choose to popularize that which makes her look good and makes the too flabby or flat-chested or whatever look worse. It is a law of nature, near enough; we all know we are competing in that great Dating Game called Life.
So look in the triple mirror in the dressing room with a cynical eye, and recognize that there ARE fashions that can emphasize your assets and play down your flaws. There are colors and styles that work for you, and to heck with what is the latest fad.

I agree. Actually, I'm not even really fond of anyone wearing belly shirts these days: belly or no belly. I find that many (who have decent bellies) wear a big invisible label: "I like to show off, a little too much". And those who have bellies and wear it, I just think: "...disgusting...". Like others said, it's good to have confidence about yourself, even if you do have a little extra pounds, but please be more conservative about it!

you are right if you have a gut or your stomach bulges out do not wear belly shirts , short shirts or super tight shirts . you will be doing everyone favor cause i don't think they wont to see that and you will look better if you cover up the tummy and find clothing that fits your body type.

i agree its nice to know if u lost weight you can wear new things that will fit u but in all reality a nice belly is good not blubber ... i see women and young teens who are obese with stretch marks and want to fit it the fashion but they look hideous and they think if its in their size its ok and its not fashion wise pul them selves to gether to be more flattering is best than let it all hang out for petes sake..and white shirts and stripes going across the body should be limited to thinner people as those are high offenders for making u look BIG

Well like me i don't like wearing belly shirt's cuz i don't feel conferable but i don't have any gut's but i won't wear any just cuz i don't feel conferable. so ppl that feel conferable and no gut's feel free to do it.
