Wait til they can be on the same page about it. You want them in aggreance or a compromise before you do anything. Maybe you can tell them you can just shave from your knees down for a couple years but if it's not thick or anything, I would wait as long as you can. Once you start shaving, you will be shaving your legs for the rest of your life.

Moms always win, and besides, your legs are none of his business. He'll never even notice that you are shaving. If he does, just tell him that people make fun of girls with hairy legs, and that it was making you an outcast. Dads sometimes have difficulty watching their daughters grow up, so occasionally you have to ignore their overprotective advice and follow the orders of someone who knows what it's like to be a young woman.

It depends on how old you are. If you are older then 13 then youshould shave them. You should talk to your dad and ask him why he does not want you to shave your legs. Maybe he has a good reason. If you do not understand his reasons try to gently talk to him. Get your parents to talk about it too.

well my dad don't let me either but my mom is does so i do my dad doesn't notice so it's cool. if Ur dad check on u, if ur mom is ok whit it then do it ur dad probably doesn't let u cuz he does not want u to show ur legs to boy's that's why he tell's u to not shave.what u could do is try to hid it from him that's what i did and he forgot about it and he see's me whit short's he does not say anything maybe it would work with u too so try it.

first of all how old are you? if your in elementary school...dont worry about it, but if you feel your old enough to shave your legs (its a responsibility thing too....nobody likes spiky legs) then get your parents to talk about it....or if thats not gonna happen (they're split) just do it anyways and explain to your dad thats just what girls do

how about u get a nair cream and say its its plain cream but it actually takes the hair off besides shaving is a mess. ask them if u can use cream insted.

WELL IF YOUR LEGS ARE REALLY HAIRY SHAVE EM BECAUSE IT IS A GIRL THING DADS DON'T UNDERSTAND. WHATEVER YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH.
