I wore leggings with skirt over in the 80s in junior college. They were stupid then, they are still stupid looking now. At least the girls aren't wearing the CFM pumps with baby lace anklets too. I feel so sorry for todays girl facing the fugly blasts from the past that todays designers are dragging out cause they have NO imagination.

I'm not alone! This one girl at my school used to do it all the time, and every time I thought it looked ridiculous, or a better word: tacky. The only good thing about the leggings though is that fact that it prevented her butt from hanging out of the skirt XD

It bothers me too, only because a large majority of people that wear this style can't wear it. They look really ugly in it and think they are cool, but they are not. My friend and I got into a fight about it once because I said "Oh my gosh! what are you wearing?!?!?!" lol. She says it's hot in England, I said "We don't live in England".

i think it looks good for like goth and scenster styles but then the preps come ina wear it with their wittle fwip fwops and thir wittle tube tops. it looks dumb like that. i wear it sometimes... but it worn too much by too many effing preps.
