I use CHI flat iron to straighten my hair, but during the day it always turns a bit wavy. How can I get it to stay really really straight the same way it looks when im done flat ironing it?

Today i woke up and got ready for work! when i got here i walked down the long dark hallway to my office! when i opened my door the office was dark and my radio was playing, but i left it on before i went home yesterday!i turned the light on, came to my desk, logged on to my computer and thought about getting to work. instead i sat down and started playing on the internet. Finally i started to work! now here i am back on the interent! 2 more hours and i can leave! so my question is:what color underwear do i have on? please help!
