I need to cover up my tattoo...is there anyway I can do it so it looks natural (not like a patch)?

No, youll never get it completely realistic

even when stars in the movies have their tatoo's covered it looks fake and you can tell it's makeup....and they get theirs done by professional makeup artists.

Depending on where it is, and how big it is, you can try wearing a bandage over it, or wear clothing that covers it. Makeup will only make it look weird.

No, there is nothing that you can completely cover a tattoo up with. You could get it removed, but it is expensive and painful.

You can try a natural looking cover up. Good Luck!

There is make-up for covering it but that's just dumb. Be proud of your choice in body-art.
