okay I've dealt with bad acne for awhile now and I've tried everything. if the cycle time is your only real problem then you're lucky, but recently I've started using Clearasil ULTRA Vanishing Acne Treatment Cream. It works on preventing breakouts and treating them to clear them up within 3 days. You can buy it at drug stores or Walmart, Meijer, and K Mart. You'll find it in the face wash aisle or basically any store. Read the directions on the back of the package and it'll tell you everything you need to know.

first of all avoid using products formulatted with mineral oil and animal products. These do not get absorbed by the skin and what it does is that it clogs your pores. In fact mineral oil is the 2nd worse thing you could do to your skins health #1 is the sun, it is like rubbing car oil on your skin and exposing yourself to the sun... here is where these spots appear.....Animal product come form rendering plants, these plants pick all dead animals from the road, meatmarkets etc and what they do is put them in a huge pot and squash everything inside and boil it the oil that comes to the top is what other companies use to formulate their "beauty" products ... gross i know.. eww lipstick and aghhh .. anyway, the important thing to do is read your ingredients and use the right ones regularly .... I use Arbonne's entire antiaging line which i love and I am only 33 years old, but i do not want those lines to get too deep ....these products are botanically based and formulatted with no animal products and wihout mineral oil. works wonderful for me and the best thing is that you could shop online at http://arbonnepuertorico.myarbonne.com ... receive it in your house and if ther is something you do not like about the products which is rarely to happen, you return the item and they give your money back .... you have nothing to loose only hateful acne ;~)

I use Velocity by Mary Kay. It cost about $20.00 and you get a facial cleanser and a moisturizer. It is so easy and I love it! I've had it two weeks and I am blemish-free!

Wash your face with warm water then use a recomended facial scrub and then finish up by washing with cold water. If that doesn't work I'd recomend checking with your doctor to see what he has for opinions.

Hi....stay away from the trigger foods, such a sugar and salt. Wash your face daily, and dont use pore clogging makeup. You should be fine.
