Girl, I have the same problem. It's more common for ppl of color. Anyway, what you need to do is to exfoliate! The hair is getting stuck underneath your skin and swirling around to make all those bumps, so you have to exfoliate a lot. There are a lot of exfoliating creams/cleansers you can get for it at any pharmacy. Also make sure when you shave it, that you shave down instead of up or better yet, if your skin can tolerate it, use creams to remove the hair. Good luck :) Also, be sure to use lotions after so your skin won't over dry... yes, it's all a lot of work but you CAN get rid of this problem.

let the hair grow a little and then use a sharper razor or one with 4 or 5 blades to shade. The dots are the surface area of hte cut follicle. so when shaved at an angle they appear to be bigger - the trick is to make them appear smaller.

No, those are called your hair follicals.

You need those. Heh..

Try using a hair-removing cream (Nair, for one). It will take the hair out from underneath the follical, so you don't see the actual opening quite as much as you would with shaving, which chops it off at the top layer.

That is razor burn girl. Keep your legs mosturized...don't press hard with a dull razor use a sharp one. I love my venus divine. 3 blades is plenty. But i also like veet hair remover lotion. I find that there isnt any razor burn of course and that hair grows back less noticable, and less frequent.

Shave after a shower and use gel to minimise irritation. That won't make them disappear but will avoid making them bigger! Fake tan will also make them less noticeable. Good luck.

Probably only if you had electrolysis, which would kill the hair follicle.
